Stared my job as a instagram influencer since I moved to Paris and tried to collaborate with different brands in different industries.

The last movie I played in Iran featured me in the role of a girl who practiced self-harm using sharp objects such as knives and razors. Playing her role was quite challenging for me, as it required deep emotional engagement and psychological understanding. To truly connect with her, I watched every possible film and series related to this type of character—particularly Sharp Objects, which helped me better understand her inner world. She is an introverted girl who rarely smiles and expresses herself through minimal, quiet gestures and movements. Her presence is heavy with unspoken emotion, and I put a lot of effort into conveying that intensity in a subtle and authentic way.

One of the last short movies I’ve played in Iran was the overload . It was the first time that I had important character with dialogs in a movie in this way it was so important for me . My characters’ personality was really different from my self in my daily life so I had many challenges to become the character with right postures and attitude . I should mention that the director was really helpful in this proses and guide me to the correct path so I could do my best. I think so far this character is my favorite one because she thought me to be more patient and control hard and unexpected situations in life. I tried so hard to become her as an actress.

The play was based on an Aura play thus, the atmosphere of it was surreal and magical . It was really a big challenge for me to connect with this fictional character and her acts and postures . As a group of actors we tried to sing and dance with creative ensembles and troupes for dramatic and comedic performances. One of my hardest parts was a scene that I had to jump on a very tall table and many times I fell down in rehearsals but fortunately we had no problem during the show .

I played my first role in-front of Ali Hadavandis’ camera for his short movie ,although we didn’t have any dialogues we had very complicated character which each of us as an actors should work on it separately . We should all be quiet during the shooting and really concentrated because of some technical reasons that the director discussed before . I was very nervous to act in front of cameras but the quiet atmosphere made me calm . The location of this movie was also really special ; We shoot the film in a very old house which they wanted to turn down after the film project.

The Sled dog play has a really special place in my work history , since it was the first time I was playing the lead character of the play . It was both stressful and exciting for me . It’s also note worthy that this character had some mental and physical disorders so I had to practice and do some special exercises to be comfortable with the character and it’s body language and posture .in Additions as a team, we wrote original or adapted material of various styles for performances. In conclusion, the show was sold out every night and for me as an actress was a launch pad in my career.

After the successful experience in Mehrabans’ movie I decided to accept the job as a programmer in another director, Arsham Behfar’s short movie. I had to plan out the whole project and make a clear schedule for actors and make sure they come to the scene on time . I also had to contact the crow to manage their work shift and ask them if they need anything for their sequence so I can prepare it before the shooting time. Working behind scene became one of my favorite jobs due to the fact that its’ close to my interest field and I can learn many effective things during the production. Cooperating with this young and creative directors was once in a lifetime opportunity which I would never forget

Working as an assistant for the first time in my life was really useful for my career because I got familiar with many new aspects. For example, behind the scenes and how to behave lead the crew or how to handle un expected problems and control situations. Although I was an assistant in the film but I think it was really helpful even for my acting practice . I think time is really important when you are making a film and it’s important to manage it so the director cloud finish the film in the right time . Being a director assistant was quite challenging but I learnt a lot from the experience.

This play was about 12 women and their cultural and personal struggles as Persian woman and the way they handle them . Each female character has specific problem mostly related to their religious , marital and gender status. My character was one of the complicated ones . She was raped by her high school art teacher and traumatized because she never talked about it with anyone and never get any help since it was unacceptable for her family . Girls didn’t have any rights to talk about it. I studied and rehearsed roles from scripts to interpret and memorize the lines and cues and also Captured audience by channeling and exhibiting emotions, resulting in audience laughter, crying, excitement, shock and fear. Walking in her shoes and feeling her pain and challenges in her life was one of reasons I will never forget this character.

During the pandemic me and some fellow art students made a video art about the quarantine and the consequences of it . We tried to keep it short and straight to the point and ,using minimal and affordable accessories to make this project . We had no sponsor or producer for this video and we made it all by our selves and it went really viral at that time . For me as a performer doing this short video was really satisfying because i missed my job and all the projects I was included in canceled due to Covid problems.

I performed as nun in confession theater in 2019 . In this play, the process of being acquaintance to the character was an interesting journey for me .I’m with the production director to discuss poses , movements and personas that are gonna be portrayed . The performance was both humorous and serious interpretations of emotional behaviors and situations, using body movements and gestures after 6 month of practice we performed in Entezami theater hall in Teheran . The performance received great feedback through the reviews published in 2019.

The NO project was about LGBTQ+ communities. This play included 5 different scenes , in each scene actors performed different dance positions with a specific song lead by the choreographer . In this project the main challenge was the group work, because the amount of performers was about 14 people and we all should have coordinate with the songs rhythm . We needed to be very focused and also feel the pain and struggles that this community go through. In addition , we tried having conversations with members of the LGBTQ+ communities living in Iran to be able to understand them and their struggles better.
